Flag Rugby

Flag Rugby is a variant of traditional rugby designed to be non-contact, emphasising safety, inclusivity and fun. Instead of tackling opponents, players must remove a flag attached to the ball carrier's belt to stop play. This version is often used to introduce youngsters to rugby, while maintaining the spirit and fundamental skills of the sport.
